Note: The meeting of the CVEC Executive Committee and Finance Committee meeting will be held through remote participation by the CVEC Board of Directors pursuant to Massachusetts Governor Charles D. Baker’s Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law on March 12, 2020.   1. Call to Order.
  2. Persons on the phone asked to identify themselves.
  3. Public Comment.
  4. Discussion and vote on payment of past due amounts to Marina Energy and Goldman Sachs to meet tax reimbursement obligations.
  5. Discussion and possible vote on actions to be taken relative to incomplete payments from Barnstable Fire District for Property tax reimbursement relative to the Barnstable Fire District photovoltaic installation and the Intergovernmental Agreement with CVEC.
  6. Update on CVEC full time staffing and staff plan for return to CVEC offices.
  7. Updates on:
    • DY Battery Energy Storage System
    • PV/Storage Initiative Round 4 (related documents
    • PV/Storage Initiative Round 5
    • Next Full Board Meeting
  8. New Business:  Topics not reasonably anticipated by the President more than 48 hours before the meeting.
